Slow Down

Tick Tock Tick Tock
The clock goes on
Deadlines lining in queue
Pushing us over the edge of the cliff

If only time could stop
If only time could slow down
How good it is..
To have it stopped so tt we can catch up

Often we know tt's only in illusion
In reality, it can never happen
Time can never stop
Time never waits & goes tick tock tick

Often times we get busy w/ catching up
Often times we'd overlooked the things around us
Time seems to pass us by so fast
& we've got no time for so many things

Often we would look back
Often we would realise..
Ahh..!
Then we'd realised there's no need for us to rush at all
Then we'd realised God has never taken time away frm us at all

Everyone has 365.25 days a year
Everyone has 30/31 days a mth (28/29 in feb)
Everyone has 7days a week
Everyone has 24hours a day
Everyone has 60mins in an hour
Everyone has 60seconds in a min

Ah! How great it is..
To ensure everyone has the same amount of time each day
Things will naturally fall in place
So long as we slow ourselves down

Slowing down to look at the things around us
Slowing down to prioritize the things in front of us
Not needing to waste time on unnecessary things
Saving the time to do things tt are meaningful..
..which can only mean..
                                   Time well- spent. : )
