I was at cfh this evening for a sharing session.. where Sr Chris had actually shared this w/ us.. quite nice.. so I probably thought I wanted to share:

O- nto
P- ositive
E- nergy
Amen Amen I must say.. That's basically the meaning of HOPE! Thanks Sr for this meaningful verse and definition.
